We are looking for a Crew Sourcing Executive to source and coordinate skilled crew for our marine projects and vessels. The candidate will be responsible for finding suitable manpower as per client and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for fitters, welders, painters, hydroblasters, scaffolders, ETOs and other marine crew.
Search candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn and other sources.
Screen CVs based on experience, skills, certificates and project requirements.
Contact candidates and check availability, experience and joining date.
Coordinate interviews and candidate shortlisting.
Verify required documents such as CDC, passport, visa, certificates and experience records.
Maintain and update the crew database.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding manpower requirements.
Follow up with candidates until successful deployment/joining.
Handle urgent crew requirements and ensure quick turnaround.
Requirements
0–3 years experience in recruitment, crew sourcing, staffing or marine operations.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
Experience in marine/shipping recruitment or manpower sourcing will be an advantage.
Valuable English communication and telephone skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements.
