Job Summary

The Tea Boy / Office Helper will provide tea, drinking water, refreshments, and basic office support to employees and visitors at the Bharat ATS centre. The employee will also assist in maintaining cleanliness and carrying out routine office/helper activities.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to staff and authorised visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of the tea/refreshment area, cups, glasses, and utensils.
Keep office and common areas clean and organised.
Arrange drinking water and refreshments for meetings and visitors.
Maintain adequate stock of tea, sugar, milk, drinking water, and other refreshments.
Assist during meetings, inspections, audits, and official visits.
Assist with arranging chairs, tables, stationery, files, and other office requirements.
Carry documents and small office items between designated areas as instructed.




Assist with general cleanliness around the office and staff areas.
Handle company utensils and office items carefully.
Follow hygiene and safety procedures.
Maintain polite and respectful behaviour with customers, visitors, staff, and management.
Follow instructions given by the ATS Manager / Centre In-Charge.
Perform other office/helper duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 8th pass and preferred.
Previous experience as Tea Boy, Office Boy, Helper, or similar position will be an advantage.
Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
Honest, hardworking, punctual, and well-mannered.
Physically fit and able to perform routine helper duties.
Basic Hindi communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions properly.

Reporting To: ATS Manager / Centre In-Charge / Management

Salary & Advantages: As per Bharat ATS company policy and terms of employment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
