We are looking for a Field Executive – Recovery & Collection to join our team.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass
Experience in field collection/recovery preferred
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence
Knowledge of the local area will be an advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Visit customers for collection of overdue payments
Maintain daily collection reports
Coordinate with the office team for case updates
Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining skilled conduct
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
