About us: J P Traders is a pharmaceutical distributor in Kolhapur, supplying medical stores across the region. We're bringing our operations onto a retailer ordering app (web + Android) and need someone to run the business day-to-day while ownership focuses on growth. What you'll do: - Own the day-to-day functioning of the business, sales, warehouse/stock, billing and deliveries - Supervise and coordinate staff across salesmen, telecallers, warehouse, and accounts - Make sure orders are processed, dispatched, and billed on time, every day - Track targets, stock levels, and outstanding payments, and flag issues before they become problems - Be the point of accountability ownership can rely on when they're not in the office - Report on business performance and recommend improvements to processes Who we're looking for: - Experience managing a team or running operations,
