Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our sales and business development team in CRM management, lead research, outreach support, and daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT.
Maintain and update Zoho CRM with accurate lead, prospect, account, and activity details.
Support daily sales tasks such as lead tracking, follow-up coordination, pipeline updates, and sales reporting.
Research companies, prospects, decision-makers, and market prospects across finance, FMCG, pharma, and related industries.
Assist in creating and managing lead lists for outreach campaigns.
Support email,



LinkedIn, and call-based outreach activities for software services, AI consulting, and sales intelligence solutions.
Help prepare pitch notes, meeting briefs, basic sales documents, and proposal support material.
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with online research and data management.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools; Zoho CRM experience is a plus.
Interest in B2B sales, software services, AI consulting, SaaS/platform solutions, or startup environments.

Internship Outcome
The intern will gain hands-on experience in CRM management, lead generation, sales operations, market research, and B2B business development in a growing technology startup.
Upon successful completion of the internship, the intern will receive an internship completion certificate from Atrina Technologies Pvt Ltd.
This internship may lead to a full time prospect based on performance and business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,587.04 - ₹25,957.42 per month
