Job Description: Mulund, Mumbai
Lead the planning and execution of FEED and detailed engineering design for upstream and downstream oil & gas projects.
Coordinate cross-discipline deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs;, datasheets, and operating manuals.
Conduct simulations using HYSYS/Aspen Plus and ensure output validation against client specs and international codes.
Review and approve material specifications, line lists, equipment selection, and process philosophies.
Supervise HAZOP/SIL reviews and implement findings in process safety systems.
Facilitate vendor technical bid evaluations and provide clarifications during RFQ and procurement stages.
Interface with clients, EPC partners, and site teams for alignment and integration. Leadership & Project

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 4–8 process engineers and guide junior engineers on discipline deliverables.
Act as technical point of contact for process discipline during design reviews and client meetings.
Ensure project milestones, QA/QC compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination are met.




Promote effective use of tools like HYSYS, Excel, and AutoCAD across team members.
Support training and onboarding of new process engineers in line with ZEEDESIGN's standards.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
7–10 years of relevant experience in oil & gas (min. 5 years in FEED leadership).
Hands-on experience in offshore and FPSO project environments.
Working knowledge of API, ASME B31.3, IEC 61511, and DNV standards.
Expertise in process simulation tools like Aspen HYSYS.
Robust communication and client-facing skills. Desired:
Certification in HAZOP Leadership or equivalent.
Offshore safety training (e.g., BOSIET/HUET).
Experience with modularisation and digital deliverables.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
