We are looking for a Real Estate Executive to handle sales of residential plots and land projects. Candidates with 0–3+ years of experience are welcome, including freshers with good communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities.
Contact customers and understand their land and plot requirements.
Explain project details, location, pricing, amenities, and payment options.
Arrange and accompany customers for site visits in Tambaram and nearby areas.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
Handle customer enquiries, meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and project teams.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and site visits.
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
Requirements
Any Graduate / Any Degree
0–3+ years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Freshers with positive communication and convincing skills can also apply.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
Knowledge of Tambaram and surrounding areas is preferred.
Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
