Position: Desktop Support Engineer – L2 Level

Location: Mumbai
Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Hardware assembly and troubleshooting for Desktops, Laptops, and Accops Thin Client machines.
Installation and configuration of Windows OS and hardware drivers.
L1 level networking support and basic network troubleshooting.
Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
Installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 applications and Outlook.
Installation and support of office-related and third-party applications.
Raising tickets for Internet / Leased Line (LL) downtime issues and coordinating with vendors.
Preparing and maintaining daily SOS reports.
Antivirus installation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Raising OEM hardware-related tickets and coordinating for issue resolution.
Desktop security hardening and performing regular Windows patch updates.
Maintaining system, laptop, and IT asset inventory with proper labeling in Excel (mandatory).

Experience Required: 1–3 Years in Desktop Support / IT Support.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
