Job Respnsiblities

· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and chat.

· Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a polite and timely manner, escalating to senior management when necessary.

· Provide accurate product or service information to customers.

· Actively promote and upsell products and services during customer interactions to achieve sales targets.

· Identify prospects for cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs and preferences.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue and number of units sold.

· Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
