We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide smooth after-sales support.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Resolve order, delivery, exchange & return queries
Follow up on delayed and undelivered orders
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
Update customers regarding order status
Maintain daily customer complaint records
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer and Excel knowledge
Patient and skilled with customers
E-commerce/customer support experience preferred
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply

Pay: ₹9,876.68 - ₹15,000.00 per month
