Eligibility :
B.Sc Nursing / GNM in Nursing is preferred.
Should have 10+ years of prior experience.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities :
Manage and supervise nursing staff and daily nursing activities.
Prepare duty schedules and allocate staff to different departments.
Ensure proper patient care and maintain nursing standards.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
Train and guide nurses on hospital policies and procedures.
Ensure proper documentation, medication safety, and infection control.
Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth patient care.
Interview mode : Face-to-face interview
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
