Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Position: Hostess / Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and customer-focused Hostess / GRE to join our restaurant team in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and warmly greet guests upon arrival.
Manage guest seating and table allocation.
Handle guest queries and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the restaurant service team to ensure smooth guest experience.
Manage reservations and guest bookings.
Maintain accurate guest information and reservation records.
Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly.

Requirements




Prior experience as a Hostess / GRE / Guest Relations Executive in a premium restaurant or hospitality environment.
Knowledge of SevenRooms reservation platform is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable grooming and qualified personality.
Customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced restaurant environment.
Candidates with relevant hospitality experience are preferred.
