Job Summary
All About Lab is looking for a Phlebotomist cum Technician to join our team in Panchkula. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of blood/sample collection, patient handling, and laboratory procedures.
Freshers with the required qualification and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Perform blood and other clinical sample collection as per laboratory protocols.
Handle patients professionally and ensure proper patient identification.
Follow proper sample collection, labeling, storage, and transportation procedures.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards during sample collection.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain sample-related records.
Handle and maintain basic laboratory equipment as required.
Follow SOPs and quality procedures of the laboratory.
Coordinate with the laboratory and other departments for smooth sample processing.
Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per applicable procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area.
Report any sample-related issues or discrepancies to the concerned supervisor.
Perform other laboratory-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / CMLT or relevant laboratory qualification.
Experience: Fresher to 2 year of relevant experience.
Basic knowledge of phlebotomy and laboratory procedures.
Positive communication and patient-handling skills.
Ability to work responsibly and follow laboratory SOPs.
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
