Role: HR Recruiter
Location: Gorwa, Vadodara (In office)
Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Fixed Sunday Off)
Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 In-Hand per month
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for various client requirements.
Sourcing: Use job portals , social media , and headhunting to find active and passive talent.
Client Coordination: Understand client hiring mandates and ensure timely delivery of quality profiles.
Pipeline Management: Schedule candidate interviews, follow up on feedback, and manage documentation up to onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Language Skills: Fluent English and Fluent Hindi are mandatory (both spoken and written).
Traits: Energetic, confident, and highly proactive ("Energetic" personality).
Experience: 0 to 2 years in recruitment
Skills: Solid negotiation skills, active listening, and basic computer knowledge.
