Vplak India Pvt. Ltd. is a quick-growing organization in the e-commerce and technology sector. We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Category Manager to take ownership of specific product categories, drive sales performance, and ensure category growth through effective planning, pricing, and vendor management.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage assigned product categories to achieve sales, margin, and profitability targets.
Develop and execute category strategies, pricing models, and promotional plans.
Identify new opportunities to expand product offerings and improve assortment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Negotiate pricing, margins, and contracts with vendors to maximize profitability.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and consumer preferences.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive category performance.
Analyze sales data, prepare category reports, and recommend improvements.
Ensure smooth supply chain and inventory management for the category.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3–4 years of experience as a Category Manager / Product Manager / Merchandising Specialist (preferably in e-commerce or retail).
Robust analytical and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
