We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Factory Administration & Facilities Manager who will take complete ownership of the day-to-day non-technical functioning of our factory.
Simply put: if it affects the factory running smoothly but is not production or technical work, you own it.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping, cleanliness and hygiene across the factory
Managing housekeeping staff and support manpower
Water supply, drinking water, washrooms and sanitation
Electricity/common utility issues and coordinating repairs
General maintenance and minor repair work
Pest control, waste disposal and scrap-area cleanliness
Security and gate-related coordination
Pantry, staff amenities and common areas
Managing petty jobs, local purchases and urgent requirements
Coordinating plumbers, electricians, cleaners and outside vendors
Ensuring basic resources and consumables are always available
Daily factory rounds to identify and close small issues before they become bigger problems
Maintaining checklists and accountability for all facility-related work
Supporting management with any non-technical operational requirement
Who We Are Looking For
Someone with robust factory/industrial experience who understands that running a factory well is about getting hundreds of small things right every day.
You should be:
*Experienced in factory administration/facilities
*Extremely hands-on and resourceful
*Solid at managing workers and vendors
*Disciplined with follow-ups and closure
Comfortable using WhatsApp/checklists/basic technology for reporting
*Someone who does not wait for problems to be escalated — you spot them and solve them
Experience: Ideally 8–15+ years in factory administration, facilities, housekeeping or general factory operations.
This is a senior responsibility role, not simply a housekeeping supervisor position. We are looking for someone who can become the single point of ownership for the factory's entire non-technical workplace.
