We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can convert leads into customers and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and explain our vehicle inspection services.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
Coordinate with the operations team for inspection scheduling.
Achieve Weekly, monthly sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Experience in sales, telesales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
Robust follow-up and closing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or lead management tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with prior experience in the automobile industry (car dealerships, automotive service centres, used car sales, insurance, vehicle finance, or related fields) will be given preference.
Passionate about sales and customer service.
Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
