Job Description:
Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective
Handling internal & external stakeholders with robust legal acumen.
Ability to provide proposal drafting support
Reviewing of RFP’s, Tenders, RFQ’s, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc
