Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally, GST, TDS, taxation, banking, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely accounting of all financial transactions.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and ensure timely filing of returns.
Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor accounts receivable and payable and follow up on outstanding balances.
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial information to management as required.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other external stakeholders.




Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance; M.Com/CA Inter will be an added advantage.
5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounting activities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, trading, steel, infrastructure, or similar industries will be preferred.

Salary & Advantages

Salary: Up to 40,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.

Work Location: GE Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
