Apollo Dental Clinic – Ambattur / Vellore

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our dental clinic and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and staff.

Employment: Full-Time
Experience: Prior experience in clinic/hospital administration or healthcare management preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily clinic operations and administration
Coordinate doctors, dental assistants, reception, and other staff
Handle patient appointments, follow-ups, and patient coordination
Monitor billing, collections, and daily revenue reports
Maintain staff attendance, duty schedules, and discipline
Coordinate with labs, vendors, and suppliers
Monitor clinic inventory and ensure timely requirements
Handle patient concerns and support a positive patient experience
Prepare and maintain daily/monthly clinic reports
Ensure clinic standards,



cleanliness, and operational procedures are followed
Support management in achieving clinic operational targets

Candidate Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Robust leadership and team-management skills
Good knowledge of MS Office / Excel
Experience in dental clinic, hospital, or healthcare administration will be an advantage
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
Qualified, responsible, and patient-friendly approach

Salary: Based on experience and interview performance
