Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a robust talent pipeline for our technology and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate technical and HR interviews.
Maintain an active database and talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and support background verification when required.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
Build and maintain a robust candidate network across technical and non-technical roles.
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
Technical Recruitment Exposure
Experience in hiring for IT profiles /Non IT profiles
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
IT recruitment experience will be an advantage
