About the RoleWe are seeking a high-performing Regional Manager to recruit, build, and lead our sales teams in Delhi and Mumbai. The ideal candidate must possess deep field experience in specialized therapeutic segments and hold established, solid relationships with top doctors and corporate hospitals to drive immediate volume business.
Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of extensive pharmaceutical marketing and field sales experience.
Core Specialty Exposure: Proven track record in one or more of the following segments: Critical Care, Cardiology, Diabetology, Gastroenterology, Nutritional Supplements, Orthopaedics, or Pulmonology.
Market Knowledge: Deep geographical and clinical knowledge of Delhi or Mumbai territories.
Network: Robust,
existing relationships with key Doctors and Corporate/Private Hospitals capable of generating high-volume business.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to independently recruit, train, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Build the Regional team from scratch by recruiting and mentoring top talent.
Business Development: Penetrate key hospitals and clinics to secure high-volume business and meet regional targets.
Strategy Execution: Implement targeted marketing and sales strategies tailored to specific therapeutic segments.
Relationship Management: Maintain and leverage robust connections with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.
