About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Territory Manager to drive sales of Critical Care and Surgical Products through hospitals, doctors, surgeons, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop relationships with doctors, surgeons, hospitals, and procurement teams.
Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.
Generate current business and manage key accounts.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Coordinate with hospital purchase and tender teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Ensure timely collections and maintain customer relationships.
Maintain sales reports and CRM updates.
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
2–5 years of experience in Medical Devices, Surgical, Critical Care, or Healthcare Products.
Experience in hospital/institutional sales and direct interaction with doctors and surgeons.
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
