Required Qualifications
Candidate must be from Bangalore
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, (BSW / MSW) Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree is an added advantage.

Fundraising & Resource Mobilization
Identify and research potential donors, CSR partners, trusts, foundations, and grant-making organizations.
Develop and implement fundraising strategies to achieve annual fundraising targets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, philanthropists, and institutional donors.
Coordinate fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, and fundraising events.

Grant Writing & Proposal Development
Prepare grant proposals, concept notes, letters of intent, and funding applications.
Draft compelling donor presentations, fundraising decks, and sponsorship proposals.
Develop budgets and supporting documentation required for grant submissions.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect program information and impact data.

CSR Engagement
Identify CSR funding prospects aligned with organizational programs.




Establish and nurture relationships with CSR teams of corporate organizations.
Coordinate CSR meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
Support the execution and reporting of CSR-funded projects.

Donor Management
Maintain donor databases and fundraising records.
Prepare donor reports, utilization reports, progress updates, and impact reports.
Ensure timely communication and stewardship of existing donors.
Track grant deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.

Documentation & Reporting
Draft grant letters, MoUs, donor communications, acknowledgements, and partnership agreements.
Maintain documentation related to grants and fundraising activities.
Prepare monthly fundraising reports and management updates.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
