Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Billing Executive to join our supermarket team. The candidate will be responsible for accurate billing, handling cash and digital payments, assisting customers, and maintaining proper billing records.

Key Responsibilities
Operate the billing/POS system efficiently and accurately.
Generate customer bills and process cash, card, UPI, and other digital payments.
Verify product prices, quantities, discounts, and promotional offers during billing.
Handle cash responsibly and maintain accurate cash records.
Provide polite and effective customer service at the billing counter.
Manage product returns, exchanges, and billing corrections as per company policy.
Ensure the billing counter is clean,



organized, and adequately stocked with required materials.
Perform opening and closing cash procedures and reconcile daily collections.
Coordinate with the Store, Inventory, and Accounts teams regarding billing-related issues.
Report discrepancies in cash, billing, pricing, or inventory to the supervisor.
Follow all company policies, SOPs, and procedures.
Assist customers with basic product and store-related queries when required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
