Project Planning & Tracking
Assist Project Managers in creating and updating detailed project schedules.
Track hardware assembly, embedded firmware flashing, software testing, and field deployment milestones.
Monitor project deadlines, identify bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows, and escalate risks early.
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the main point of contact between hardware engineers, IT developers, QA, and client account teams.Project management software
Schedule and facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint standups, review sessions, and client updates.
Prepare and distribute comprehensive meeting minutes, action items, and weekly progress reports.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain clean repository structures for engineering schematics, API specifications, and deployment manuals in Confluence or Sharepoint.
Ensure regulatory compliance documentation is organized and submitted on time.Indeed
Track change requests, bug reports, and software patch schedules.
