We are looking for a Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience to understand customer needs, define requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with technology and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize the product backlog and user stories.
Write explicit, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Conduct customer and user research to understand needs and pain points.
Gather and analyze feedback and translate customer needs into product requirements and improvements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and demos.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
Validate delivered features against requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support product launches, pilot customers,
onboarding activities, and continuous product improvements.
Track and analyze key product and customer KPIs to measure product performance and customer satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer within the product team and ensure customer needs are represented.
Must Have
- Requirements
1+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Product Management, or a related role.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Valuable analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and document business needs.
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
