Job Summary

We are looking for an HR & Compliance Executive to independently manage HR operations, payroll, attendance, employee documentation, and statutory compliance activities for multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations including current joining, onboarding, employee registration, transfers and exits.
Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, joining documents and employee files.
Register new employees in Ample Attendance Software for mobile attendance for site workers
Manage Keka HR Software including attendance, leave, and attendance regularization and employee monthly payroll.
Verify daily and monthly attendance, leave, overtime and payable days for PAN India locations.
Verify salary calculations, deductions, overtime and payable amounts before payroll finalisation and salary payment.
Handle Full & Final Settlement and exit-related documentation.
Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, PF, ESIC and other HR matters.




Handle recent EPF and ESIC registrations and monthly EPF/ESIC challan preparation, verification and submission.
Manage monthly HR and labour compliance for sites
Handle Labour License registration/renewal and Workmen Compensation (WC) Policy requirements.
Ensure timely completion and closure of monthly payroll and compliance activities.

Required Skills & Experience
Good knowledge of HR Operations, Payroll and Statutory Compliance.
Practical knowledge of EPF, ESIC, Labour License and WC Policy.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and payroll calculations.
Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS or any other HRMS.
Experience in handling multi-location employees will be an advantage.
Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
