Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Line Operator to work in our production line. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day production activities, operating basic production equipment, following work instructions, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Work on the production/assembly line as per assigned responsibilities.
Follow production processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Perform basic assembly, fitting, checking, and packing activities.
Operate production-related tools and equipment after proper training.
Maintain required production quantity and quality standards.
Check products/components for basic defects during the production process.
Follow 5S, safety rules, and workplace discipline.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the workstation.




Record basic production-related information as required.
Coordinate with Line Supervisor and other production team members.
Report any machine, material, quality, or production-related issues to the supervisor.
Ensure proper handling of components and finished products.
Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor/management.

Qualification & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to understand and follow instructions.
Willingness to learn production processes.
Positive attention to detail.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Candidates with previous production/assembly-line experience will be preferred.
Location
Candidate must be residing in Vapi or nearby areas of Valsad district.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
