Job Description:
Manipal Hospitals is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient environments. The ideal candidate will possess robust clinical skills, demonstrate excellent communication abilities, and exhibit a commitment to patient advocacy and safety. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care with a focus on comfort, safety, and well-being.
Conduct patient assessments and document health status.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record vital signs, including heart rate, blood pressure, and temperature.
Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with hospital policies.




Participate in continuing education and career development activities.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant jurisdiction.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
BLS/CPR certification required.
