We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Auditor with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock control, and warehouse processes and can travel PAN India.
The Warehouse Auditor will be responsible for conducting regular audits of warehouse activities, verifying physical inventory against system records, identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and recommending corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct physical stock audits and inventory verification at warehouses across India.
Reconcile physical stock with ERP/WMS records.
Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excesses.
Audit inward, storage, picking, and dispatch processes.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory control procedures.
Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant warehouse experience.
Valuable knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
ERP/WMS and MS Excel knowledge.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Must be willing to travel extensively across India.
