Job Description
Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins.
Understand the child’s and parent’s requirements and provide appropriate information about the school.
Conduct structured admission counselling sessions for prospective parents.
Explain the school’s philosophy, curriculum, pedagogy, facilities, activities and unique offerings.
Effectively communicate Auraved School’s vision of global education with Indian values.
Guide parents through the complete admission process, documentation and timelines.
Convert qualified enquiries into campus visits and admissions through effective counselling.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in school admissions, education counselling, parent relations, sales or a similar role preferred.
Experience in a reputed school, preschool, educational institution or premium education setting will be an advantage.
Candidates with robust experience in school admissions and parent counselling will be preferred.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
