Position Overview:
The institution invites applications from qualified and committed specialists for the position of Lecturer in Finance and Business Studies. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting the academic growth of students through effective teaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver lectures in Finance and Business Studies in accordance with prescribed curriculum and academic standards
Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, assignments, and evaluation tools
Assess and evaluate student performance, providing timely and constructive feedback
Foster an interactive and intellectually stimulating classroom setting that promotes critical thinking
Remain abreast of current developments and emerging trends in finance and business disciplines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and academic progress
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and support to students as required




Actively participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and institutional initiatives

Essential Qualifications:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) – Mandatory Requirement
Minimum of one (1) year of teaching experience in Finance and/or Business Studies
Demonstrated subject expertise and effective pedagogical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with solid presentation skills

Working Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM
Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
