Title: ServiceNow Technical ConsultantLocation: Pan India (Hybrid)Employment Type: ContractNotice Period: Immediate to 15 daysExperience Level: 5+ yearsJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant with solid hands-on experience across ITOM, ITAM, and ITSM modules. The consultant will be responsible for ServiceNow configuration, development, customization, integrations, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.Key Responsibilities:Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.Work extensively on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations and enhancements.Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and ACLs.Develop and maintain Flow Designer workflows and ServiceNow automation.Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.Work with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping,



and CSDM concepts as required.Support IT Asset Management processes including hardware/software asset management.Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.Perform unit testing, system testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical teams.Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain proper technical documentation.Required Skills:5–8 years of overall ServiceNow experience.Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.Solid knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development.Experience with:Business RulesClient ScriptsUI Policies / UI ActionsScript IncludesACLsWorkflows / Flow DesignerNotificationsCatalog ItemsExperience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.Good understanding of JavaScript.Knowledge of CMDB/CSDM, Discovery, and Service Mapping.Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.ServiceNow CSA certification is mandatory.
