Odoo Functional Consultant:
Odoo Business Analyst /Odoo Functional consultant

We are looking for an Odoo Business Analyst with solid accounting knowledge to analyze business requirements, improve processes, and support Odoo implementation and optimization. The ideal candidate should understand both business processes and accounting/finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo functional solutions.
Configure and support Odoo Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and Invoicing modules.
Work closely with finance and accounting teams to improve business processes.
Robust understanding of GL, AP, AR, VAT/Tax, Bank Reconciliation, Fixed Assets, Accruals, and Financial Reporting.
Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios.
Coordinate with developers for customizations and integrations.
Perform UAT, troubleshooting, and functional testing.
Support data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.




Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant / Business Analyst.
Robust practical accounting and ERP knowledge.
Hands-on experience with Odoo Accounting.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and user support.
Odoo certification is an advantage.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or Masters or Equivalent degree
Salary is no bar for right candidate.
