Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products, services, offers, and promotions.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Sales & Lead Generation
Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling.
Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Collect customer feedback and report insights to management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Data Management
Update customer information in CRM/software systems.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, sales, and follow-ups.
Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Coordination
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Support promotional campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
Escalate customer complaints or issues to the concerned department when required.
