Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Verify outgoing orders against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Documentation: Prepare shipping labels, delivery challans, e-way bills, and daily dispatch logs.
Transport Coordination: Book trucks or carriers, negotiate freight rates, and track active shipments.
Inventory Monitoring: Maintain stock records and coordinate with warehouse or production teams on stock levels.
Issue Resolution: Handle delivery delays, transit damage, or missing items with transport vendors and customers.
