Job Description
We are hiring Picker Packer Associates for warehouse and hub operations. The candidate will be responsible for picking products, checking orders, packing items, and preparing orders for dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
Check product name, quantity, and order details before packing.
Pack products safely and appropriately for delivery.
Sort and organize orders according to the assigned delivery area.
Scan products and update order status using a mobile device/app.
Move packed orders to the designated dispatch area.
Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the warehouse/hub.
Follow safety and operational guidelines.
Coordinate with the Supervisor and other warehouse team members.
Complete assigned daily picking and packing targets.
Eligibility
Minimum 18 years of age.
Minimum 10th pass preferred.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in warehouse, e-commerce, logistics, FMCG, or retail is an advantage.
Basic smartphone/app knowledge.
Should be comfortable with standing, walking, and handling products during working hours.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
