The Incumbent will be responsible for-

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding for after-sales service.
Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, social media, networking.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined turnaround times.
Create and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future business requirements.

Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
Drive recruitment planning meetings and hiring reviews.

Recruitment Operations
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and governance standards.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, and reports.
Monitor key recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join Ratio, and Quality-of-Hire.
Manage recruitment vendors, consultants, and external hiring partners.
