Responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, KYC, attendance, performance management, training and employee engagement. The HR also manages karigar and staff coordination, employee records, workplace discipline, grievance handling and HR compliance while building a positive and productive work culture.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
