Job Summary

We are hiring a AGM/DGM-Accounts to lead financial & Accounts strategy, governance, controllership, working capital, treasury and compliance for Weembrace. The role partners closely with Promoters/CEO and business heads to drive profitability, cash discipline and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, MIS and consolidated reporting
Strengthen internal controls, governance, SOPs, and financial discipline across functions
Drive working capital (receivables/inventory/payables), cash flow planning and cost optimization
Oversee statutory compliance: Companies Act, GST, Income Tax,



TDS; manage statutory/internal audits
Lead treasury: banking relationships, BG/LC, funding strategy (WC/term loan/capex)
Institutional business finance: tender/rate contract governance, pricing support, BG/EMD controls, receivables and claims tracking
Partner with plant team on product costing, variance control, margin improvement and capex planning
Lead, mentor and build finance team; drive ERP/process automation and standardization

Desired Candidate Profile
CA Inter
15+ years in senior finance leadership, preferably supply chain
Strong exposure to finance, costing, working capital, treasury and audits
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
