We Are Hiring – Area Sales Officer

ULAMARA is expanding its FMCG sales and distribution network in Chennai and is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Area Sales Officer with experience in food/FMCG sales.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Generate primary and secondary sales.
Develop distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and new sales outlets.
Conduct regular market visits and follow assigned beat plans.
Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in stores.
Generate current retail accounts and improve repeat orders.
Monitor distributor stock and secondary movement.
Track competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market activity.
Support product sampling and local promotional activities.
Collect market and retailer feedback.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
Follow up on collections wherever applicable.

Candidate Requirements
2–4 years of FMCG / Food / Beverage sales experience.
Positive knowledge of the Chennai market.
Experience in distributor and retailer management preferred.




Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work extensively in the field.
Two-wheeler preferred.
Any Degree / Diploma.

Compensation

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience.
