Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Previous experience in corporate travel management and holiday planning.
Candidates with robust knowledge of international destinations, especially Europe and the USA, will be preferred.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and travel management software.
Robust understanding of corporate travel planning and holiday package coordination.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to interact professionally with corporate clients, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple travel requests.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate clients by understanding their travel requirements, budgets, and objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing personalized travel assistance and prompt support.




Design and coordinate customized corporate holiday packages, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
Liaise with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other vendors to secure the best travel arrangements and competitive rates.
Prepare travel quotations and cost estimates based on client requirements and budgets.
Manage end-to-end travel bookings and coordinate all travel logistics efficiently.
Provide continuous support before, during, and after travel, including itinerary modifications, emergency assistance, and post-travel follow-up.
Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure a seamless travel experience and high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on international travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and recent holiday packages to provide informed recommendations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
