We are looking for a Project Planner to join our Fabrication Division and take responsibility for planning, monitoring and coordinating project execution from engineering and procurement through fabrication, dispatch and erection.
The role will work closely with Design, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, Logistics, Site and Commercial teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and potential delays are identified early.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain project execution schedules and project plans.
Track planned vs. actual progress across engineering, procurement, fabrication, inspection, painting, dispatch and erection.
Prepare weekly and monthly production and project plans.
Coordinate with Production to achieve planned fabrication targets.
Track material requirements, procurement and material availability.
Coordinate with Design for timely release of fabrication/shop drawings.
Monitor drawing revisions,
approvals and engineering-related delays.
Coordinate fabrication and dispatch schedules with site/erection requirements.
Identify project bottlenecks and escalate critical issues to management.
Prepare project dashboards, MIS reports and recovery plans.
Maintain transparent visibility of project status across multiple ongoing projects.
