Role & responsibilities
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
615 years of experience in contractor billing within the real estate or construction industry.
Solid knowledge of RA Bills, Final Bills, BOQ, Quantity Surveying, and Rate Analysis.
Experience in high-rise residential or commercial building projects is preferred.
Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Advanced MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
