Handle export customer orders from order confirmation to shipment.
Coordinate with customers regarding order details, samples and approvals.
Follow up with Production for order completion.
Coordinate with Quality for inspection and approval.
Follow up on raw materials and accessories.
Monitor order production and delivery schedules.
Prepare and maintain order-wise production status.
Coordinate with Packing and Dispatch for shipment readiness.
Coordinate with Documentation/Accounts for export documents.
Update customers and management about order status.
Handle customer queries and resolve order-related issues.
Ensure on-time shipment as per customer requirements.
