Job Description:
Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial domain experience to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions for data and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from Pharma stakeholders.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with business, data, analytics, and technology teams.
Support data validation, testing, reporting,
and dashboard requirements.
Participate in client discussions and solution workshops.
Required Skills
810 years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial domain.
Strong knowledge of US Pharma Commercial processes.
Experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, or Commercial Analytics.
Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
Valuable understanding of commercial data and analytics.
Positive to Have: Veeva CRM, Power BI/Tableau, Snowflake/Databricks/Azure, Agile/Scrum.
