Position: NCC Coordinator
Location: St. Wilfred’s PG College, Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role:
St. Wilfred’s PG College is looking for a dedicated and responsible NCC Coordinator to manage and coordinate NCC activities, student training, and institutional programs. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage NCC activities within the college.
Organize NCC training, drills, camps, parades and other events.
Maintain coordination with NCC officers, instructors and relevant authorities.
Guide and motivate students to participate in NCC activities.
Maintain records of NCC cadets, attendance, training and events.
Plan and conduct awareness programs,
social activities and community service initiatives.
Ensure discipline and proper participation during NCC programs.
Assist in organizing college-level events and activities related to NCC.
Prepare reports and documentation of NCC activities.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any relevant discipline.
Previous experience in NCC coordination, training or educational administration preferred.
NCC background or relevant military training will be an advantage.
Solid leadership, communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage students and coordinate events effectively.
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
