ShiftEazy is a growing logistics-tech startup with a team of 10–12 employees. We are looking for an HR Executive to own our hiring process and support employee lifecycle activities as we grow.
About the Role
This is a hands-on recruitment-focused HR role. The primary responsibility will be to identify, screen, interview and close candidates for various positions. The role will also handle employee joining and exit formalities, along with basic HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
Ensure timely hiring and joining of selected candidates.
Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
Manage employee exit formalities and related documentation.
Maintain basic employee and HR records.
Requirements
6 Months to 1 Year of experience in recruitment/HR.
Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
Experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
Ability to independently manage multiple openings.
Valuable knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation.
Comfortable working in a small, fast-growing startup environment.
