Graduate in any discipline; IATA / travel & tourism certification will be an advantage.
Robust hands-on experience in Seafarer / Marine Ticketing operations is mandatory.
Proven experience managing airline vendors and travel suppliers.
Robust knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre or equivalent.
Excellent understanding of international airline fares, ticketing rules, reissues, refunds and complex itineraries.
